MISSION STATEMENT
El Paso VIBE empowers blind and visually impaired young adults from the age of 18 and over in El Paso and West Texas to achieve independence, dignity, and full social participation through innovative skills development, advocacy, and community engagement.

Our Vision is to Lead the way to a thriving El Paso and West Texas community where blind and visually impaired adults live with independence, dignity, and full participation in all aspects of life.
PURPOSE
El Paso VIBE’s vision statement serves a dual purpose: to inspire and to guide. It paints a compelling picture of a future where our mission is realized. A future brimming with thriving, independent, and fully included blind and visually impaired adults within the El Paso community and all West Texas. This image serves as a constant source of inspiration for both our organization and the individuals we empower. Simultaneously, the vision statement acts as a guiding star, setting a long-term direction for El Paso VIBE. Every decision we make is evaluated against this goal: creating a more inclusive and supportive community where everyone can reach their full potential.
Overview of Programs
The El Paso Visually Impaired and Blind Experience Facility is a client controlled, community-based, facility. All of VIBE’s programs are client driven, focusing on empowering clients to develop the skills to help and advocate for themselves and achieve independent skills and social inclusion.
